Deleting your Account
Requesting to Delete your account
In order to delete your SuperQ or ChatQLM Account, you will have to reach out to support@superq.co with the email subject - "Account Deletion - ChatQLM/Superq" followed by your email ID and region from which you have signed up from.
Confirmation of Deletion
In 7 Business Days, the SuperQ support team will revert back and confirm to you that your account data has been deleted. Our team does not retain a copy of any customer data, and during the deletion process, our team does not look at your data as well.
